UNWLA Branded Merchandise – Returns & Replacement Policy

UNWLA branded merchandise is produced using a print-on-demand model, which means each item is created individually when an order is placed by a third party. Please review the policy below before completing your purchase.


1. Print-on-Demand Production

Because items are made to order, returns or exchanges are not available for:

  • Wrong size or color selected
  • Buyer’s change of mind

We encourage customers to review size charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.


2. When a Free Replacement or Refund Is Available

UNWLA can request a remake or refund from our production partner (Printify) only if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • There is a manufacturing or printing error
  • The incorrect item was delivered

To qualify, the customer must:

  • Notify UNWLA within 30 days of delivery, and
  • Provide clear photo(s) of the issue

Note: Customers do not need to return defective items.


3. Multiple Item Issues

For orders containing several identical items, Printify requires one photo or video showing all affected items together to process a replacement or refund.


4. Issues Not Covered by Printify

Printify does not provide refunds or replacements for:

  • Wrong size or color ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Slight print placement variations (up to 0.5 inch on shirts or textiles only)
  • Undeliverable packages

5. UNWLA Customer Satisfaction Policy

While Printify’s return options are limited, UNWLA strives to maintain excellent donor and customer relations. In special cases, UNWLA may choose to offer a goodwill refund or replacement at its own expense.
