Title: Winter Race (Зимові перегони)

Artwork Description from the author:

UKR. Зараз в Україні іде війна і важко знайти надію в те що все буде знову весело і гарно. Я знаходжу надію в зимових веселощах і іграх з друзями.

ENG. There is a war going on in Ukraine right now, and it is difficult to find hope that life will once again be happy and beautiful. I find hope in the joys of winter, having fun, and playing with friends.

Campaign: Hope for Ukraine’s Children

The Art Wave Awards international art contest, themed “Faith. Hope. Love,”  for children of Ukrainian descent aged 6 to 18, took place in the summer of 2026 organized by UNWLA Branch 56 member Mila Vyshkvarok.

Through painting, graphics, and digital art, the young artists shared their dreams, experiences, and vision of the world – sincere, brave, and full of hope.  Ukrainian children look forward to a peaceful winter like all other children of the world.

The sale of these cards will support UNWLA’s winter fundraiser “Hope for Ukraine’s Children”.
